Cancellations/Refund Policy
Time before reservation start date:
45 days: Full refund minus $25.00 processing fee.
44 - 8 days: Rain check valid for 12 months from original reservation start date.
7 days or less: No refunds and no rain checks.
Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.
ALL Rates and Packages are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice.
